What this website is (and isn’t)
This website is intentionally a mostly-static informational website. We do not currently run a user account system, and we do not currently provide a general on-site contact form.
Information you provide to us
If you email us, we will receive whatever information you choose to include in your message (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message). We use this information only to respond and to follow up on your request.
Newsletter signup
If you sign up for our newsletter on this website, the signup form collects your name and email address (and your
consent checkbox), and sends that information to our mailing list provider endpoint at
https://crm.acutisdata.com/sendy/subscribe.
We use newsletter information to send news, updates, and marketing messages related to RoboPerl and our chartered programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
Donations
If you donate to RoboPerl, your donation may be processed by third-party payment providers (including PayPal, Venmo, and Square). Those providers may collect personal information and payment information to process your donation. RoboPerl may receive basic information needed to record and acknowledge your gift (for example: your name, email, donation amount, and transaction details).
Information collected automatically
We do not currently run analytics on this website. In the future, we may enable Google Analytics to better understand website usage. If enabled, analytics may use cookies and may collect usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, and device/browser information. If we enable analytics, we will update this policy.
Children’s privacy (CCA / youth programs)
RoboPerl charters the Cadet Corps Alliance (CCA), which involves youth programs. This website is not intended to be directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, please contact us and we will work to delete that information.
How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect information we control. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
