Public Enrichment & Robotics Laboratories (RoboPerl; “PERL” for short) sponsors and charters two public-facing divisions: the Perl Community (PC) and the Cadet Corps Alliance (CCA).


Perl Community (PC)

The Cadet Corps Alliance issues charters to its subordinate units, including:

What does “charter” mean?

A charter is a formal signed document (often one page) granting a subordinate organization permission to operate under the auspices of a superior organization. In practice, that means RoboPerl sets the umbrella mission and governance, while PC and CCA execute their respective programs.
